Terms of Service
Last updated November 6, 2026. These terms apply to every purchase from casetique.com and casetify.ca. Nothing in them limits the statutory rights you have as a consumer where you live.
1. About us
The store is operated by CASETiQUE, 303 Broadway St, Laguna Beach, CA 92651, United States. Contact: help@casetique.com.
2. Orders
Placing an order is an offer to buy. A contract is formed when we email your order confirmation. We may decline or cancel an order (with a full refund) if an item is unavailable, a price was clearly displayed in error, or we suspect fraud. You must be 18 or have a parent's or guardian's permission to order.
3. Prices & payment
Prices are shown in your region's currency. For UK and EU customers, prices include VAT. For US and Canadian customers, applicable sales taxes are calculated at checkout. Shipping costs, if any, are shown before you pay. Promotions such as Buy 2 Get 1 Free apply automatically at checkout as described on the site; the lowest-priced item is the free one. Payment is taken when you place your order.
4. Personalized & Studio products
Personalized cases are made to your specification. You confirm you own or have permission to use any image, logo, name or text you upload, and that it doesn't infringe anyone's rights or contain unlawful, hateful or explicit content. We may refuse to print any design. Colors on screen may differ slightly from the printed case.
5. Shipping
Every case is printed to order and dispatched within 1–2 working days. Delivery times and free-shipping thresholds are on our Shipping page. Risk passes to you on delivery.
6. Returns & cancellation
You can return non-personalised items within 60 days of delivery — see our Returns policy. UK and EU customers also have a statutory 14-day right to withdraw from the contract without giving a reason; our 60-day policy includes and extends this right. To withdraw, tell us clearly (e.g. by email to help@casetique.com); we refund within 14 days of receiving the goods back or proof of return, using your original payment method. Under UK and EU law this right does not apply to goods made to your specifications or clearly personalised.
7. Warranty & statutory rights
Every case has a 12-month warranty against manufacturing and printing faults. This is in addition to your legal rights: in the UK, goods must be of satisfactory quality, fit for purpose and as described (Consumer Rights Act 2015); in the EU, you have a legal guarantee of conformity of at least 2 years; in the US and Canada, applicable implied warranties apply to the extent they can't be excluded. Cases protect against everyday drops but cannot guarantee your device won't be damaged.
8. Intellectual property
All designs, photos, text and branding on this site belong to CASETiQUE or its licensors. You may not copy or resell them. Product names of phones (e.g. iPhone, Galaxy) are trademarks of their owners, used only to describe compatibility.
9. Liability
We are not liable for losses that were not foreseeable, for business losses, or for indirect damage to your device beyond the price paid for the product, except where the law doesn't allow this to be limited. Nothing limits liability for death or personal injury caused by negligence, fraud, or anything else that cannot be excluded by law.
10. Disputes & governing law
Please contact us first — most issues are solved quickly. These terms are governed by the laws of the State of California, USA. If you are a consumer in the UK, EU or Canada, you also keep the protection of the mandatory laws of your country and may bring proceedings in your local courts. EU consumers may also use the European Commission's Online Dispute Resolution platform.
